The four rooms people call us about most are the kitchen, the bathroom, the back patio and the backyard as a whole. They have something in common: each one is where a house stops being a set of rooms and starts being somewhere you actually want to spend time.
We handle all interior and exterior remodeling, which means the project does not have to stop at a wall. A screened porch can become a proper mudroom and entrance into the house. A tired back patio and the yard beyond it can be treated as one piece of work rather than two.

Where a remodel actually goes wrong
Two things sink remodels, and neither of them is the finish. The first is sequencing. Work done in the wrong order means something good gets torn out to reach something that should have been done first, and you pay for the same square foot twice.
The second is hidden conditions. Nobody knows exactly what is behind a wall or under a floor until it is open, and older Tulsa homes in particular have a habit of holding a surprise. The question is not whether one turns up, it is whether you find out about it as a phone call the same day or as a line on a final invoice.
We work the first way. Being hands on and easy to reach is the part customers single out, and it is deliberate, because a remodel is a conversation that runs for weeks rather than a transaction that happens once.
Chapter 03
Interior and exterior, finished to the same line
Because we are a general contractor as well as a roofer, the outside of a remodel does not get handed to somebody else. Siding, guttering, concrete, masonry, a pergola over the new patio, painting to finish: all of it stays with the same company that did the inside.
That keeps one standard across the whole job. It also keeps one person answerable for it, which matters more than it sounds when an exterior detail and an interior detail have to meet at a door or a window.
