General Contracting

One contractor for the rest of the property

Siding, fencing, concrete, plumbing, heating and air, remodeling, masonry, guttering, pergolas and painting. No job is too big or too small, and we can manage or supervise the whole project for you.

Chapter 01

One contractor, one schedule

The worst version of a building project is the one where you become the project manager. Four trades, four phone numbers, four different ideas about who was supposed to turn up on Tuesday, and every gap between them is yours to chase.

We take that on instead. You can rely on us to efficiently manage or supervise your project, which in practice means one point of contact, one schedule everybody works to, and one company answerable for the result. If a trade needs to be booked, sequenced or chased, that is our call to make and our problem to solve.

It matters most after a storm, when the roof, the guttering, the siding and the fence all took the same hail on the same afternoon and all need doing in a sensible order.

What we self perform, and what we supervise

We handle siding, fencing, concrete, masonry, guttering, pergolas and painting directly. Those are the trades we live in, and they are the ones most often needed alongside a roof, which is why they sit under the same roof as our roofing work rather than being subcontracted out to whoever is free.

Plumbing, heating and air are brought in and managed. We are straight with customers about that distinction, because you should know who is standing on your property and who is answerable for their work. Either way the coordination, the schedule and the responsibility stay with us.

If you are not sure which category your job falls into, call the office on (918) 508-1771 and ask. Consultations and estimates are free.

Chapter 03

Concrete and masonry that sit right on Tulsa ground

Concrete is the work where shortcuts stay buried and then surface years later. A slab, a drive or a patio is only as good as the ground preparation and the pour underneath it, and neither of those is visible once the job looks finished.

So we do the preparation properly, pour with the crew and equipment on site rather than rushing a partial pour, and finish it as a single piece of work. The same applies to masonry: brick and block that is tied and detailed correctly will still be right long after the mortar colour has weathered in.

New build work follows the same principle. We have put up detached garages from the ground up, siding and roofing included, and the part nobody sees is the part that decides whether it is still square in ten years.
